Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels for silver jewellery products. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, marketplace management, website operations, online promotions, customer engagement, and order fulfillment coordination to drive online revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Operations
- Manage and update product listings across the company website and online marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, specifications, images, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with the inventory and accounts teams to maintain stock accuracy.
- Monitor order processing, shipping, returns, and customer satisfaction.
Marketplace Management
- Handle seller accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other jewellery marketplaces.
- Optimize product visibility and sales performance on marketplaces.
- Monitor seller ratings, customer reviews, and marketplace compliance.
Product Catalog Management
- Create and maintain product catalogs for silver jewellery collections.
- Upload high-quality images, descriptions, SKU details, and pricing.
- Categorize products appropriately for improved customer experience and search visibility.
Digital Marketing Support
- Coordinate online marketing campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Support promotional activities, festive campaigns, and product launches.
Website Management
- Update banners, landing pages, promotional content, and product collections.
- Ensure website functionality and user experience are maintained.
- Work with developers and designers to implement enhancements.
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries received through website, WhatsApp, email, and marketplaces.
- Resolve customer complaints and order-related issues promptly.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze traffic, conversion rates, sales performance, and customer behavior.
- Provide recommendations to improve online sales and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in E-Commerce operations.
- Experience in jewellery, fashion, or retail industry preferred.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.

Salary Range
As per industry standards and experience.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
