Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta & Google Ads)

About the Role
Real Statix is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating high-quality leads, optimizing campaign performance, and maximizing ROI for international businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max) campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads while maintaining target CPL and ROAS.
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative team on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Conversion API (CAPI), and conversion tracking.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Mandatory experience running campaigns for international markets (USA, Canada, UAE, UK, Australia, etc.).
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and attribution.
- Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with real estate or other high-ticket industries.
- Experience managing ₹5 lakh+ monthly advertising budgets.
- Proven track record of scaling profitable lead generation campaigns.
