Roles & Responsibilities
· Maintenance of Employee database, overseeing all necessary paperwork, employee communications, salary processing, attendance, leave management, management reports, workers compensation and benefits management.
· Formulating & reviewing of policies for the organization and distributing the same to various departments.
· Overseeing the performance management of the employees and assisting in salary planning.
· Managing dispute resolutions involving management, employees or government agencies as needed.
· Recruitment in line with requirements and available budget.
· Induction, orientation and on boarding.
· Training and development activities.
· Maintenance of HR Metrics like manpower vs turnover.
· Administration of day-to-day operational statistics.
· Ensure the manpower is adequate for the daily plan.
· Ensuring statutory compliance.
· Canteen management.
· Grievances handling.
· Ensuring health and safety of all employees.
· Handling Labour and industrial relations.
Facilitating Client visits and audits
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
