About the Role
Healic Hospital is looking for a compassionate, skilled, and responsible Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting doctors during treatments and procedures, administering medications, and ensuring proper monitoring and documentation of patients.
The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, good communication skills, and a patient-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols and standards.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during clinical examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, nursing notes, and documentation.
- Ensure proper implementation of nursing procedures and infection-control practices.
- Monitor patients before and after procedures and report any changes in their condition to the concerned doctor.
- Handle and maintain nursing equipment and ensure availability of necessary medical supplies.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for smooth patient care.
- Educate patients and their attendants regarding medications, procedures, precautions, and basic healthcare requirements.
- Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection-control guidelines.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards at all times.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing assistance.
Candidate Requirements
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good clinical knowledge and patient-care skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented hospital environment.
- Responsible, disciplined, compassionate, and patient-focused.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
