Position: Business Development Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹3–4 LPA + Incentives

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
Joining: Immediate preferred (priority for candidates serving notice or available to join quickly)
Location: East Delhi (All 7 active branches – Lajpat Nagar, Mayur Vihar, Madhu Vihar, Shahdara, Khora, East Delhi)
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Strong Connector & Builder profile
- Prior experience in DSA / Channel-driven business
- Proven track record in Open Market / Connector sourcing
- Graduate or Undergraduate qualification
- Willingness to work across East Delhi locations
Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development
- Source Home Loan & LAP business through connectors and DSA channels
- Build and maintain a strong network of channel partners
- Generate leads via open market and direct sourcing
- Drive business through connector and builder relationships
Client & Channel Management
- Manage end-to-end client relationships from sourcing to disbursal
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing
- Maintain relationships with existing clients for cross-sell / upsell opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Delhi
