Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the IT industry. The candidate should have a strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and client handling. The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
- Pitch IT services such as web development, mobile apps, AI solutions, software development, cloud services, etc.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business documents
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
- Manage client communication through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and software services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation platforms
- Ability to understand technical requirements from clients
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in IT sector
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales
- Knowledge of AI, SaaS, Web & Mobile Development services
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, or freelancing platforms is a plus
