Position: CCTV & Biometrics Support Engineer
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: As per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
- Install and support biometric attendance and access control systems.
- Troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and network connectivity issues.
- Configure IP cameras, remote viewing, and mobile monitoring applications.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
- Coordinate onsite service visits and customer support activities.
- Maintain service reports, installation records, and documentation.
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, remote, and onsite assistance.
- Ensure proper cable routing, network connectivity, and system integration.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and IP surveillance systems.
- Knowledge of biometric attendance and access control devices.
- Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, Router Configuration).
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Understanding of structured cabling and electrical safety practices.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, Matrix, eSSL, ZKTeco, or similar products.
- Knowledge of access control, door controllers, and time attendance systems.
- Ability to work independently and travel for onsite support.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
