About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Key Account Manager (KAM) – DSA Business to drive growth in our secured lending business through strategic management of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and channel partnerships.
This role is ideal for dynamic sales professionals with strong experience in Mortgage Loans / Loan Against Property (LAP) / School or Education Institution Funding, who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoy building strong partner ecosystems.

Key ResponsibilitiesDSA Channel Development
- Identify, onboard, and activate high-potential DSAs across assigned markets
- Build and expand a strong sourcing partner network
- Drive partner productivity and ensure active business generation
- Ensure partner onboarding aligns with company compliance and credit norms
Relationship & Account Management
- Build strong relationships with DSAs and key channel partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner escalations and support
- Conduct regular partner visits, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives
- Strengthen long-term channel partnerships for sustained growth
Business Growth & Target Achievement
- Own monthly and quarterly disbursement targets
- Drive sourcing for Mortgage Loans / LAP / Home Loans / School / Education Institution Loans
- Monitor the complete business funnel from lead generation → login → sanction → disbursement
- Improve conversion efficiency and productivity metrics
Credit Quality & Process Management
- Ensure sourcing of quality files with strong underwriting fundamentals
- Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for faster turnaround
- Maintain healthy portfolio quality and minimize delinquency risks
Market Development
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and commission structures
- Identify new growth opportunities in secured lending and education financing
- Support channel partners with training on product knowledge, documentation, and sales pitch
Ideal Candidate Profile
✔ 3–8 years of experience in BFSI/NBFC sales
✔ Strong exposure to DSA / Channel Sales / Partner Management
✔ Experience in LAP / Mortgage Loans / Secured Lending / Education Financing
✔ Proven track record of achieving business/disbursement targets
✔ Good understanding of credit policies, documentation, and underwriting basics
✔ Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Target-driven with excellent execution capability
✔ Comfortable with extensive field travel (70–80% travel)
✔ Strong local market knowledge preferred
