Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing architectural projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative architectural concepts and detailed design drawings.
- Prepare presentations, 3D models, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Conduct site visits and supervise project progress when required.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Review and approve material selections and technical specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating completed projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
- Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and building regulations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential and commercial projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
