Quality Analyst (QA)
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of products, services, or processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with quality standards, identify process improvements, and support teams in delivering high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate operational processes, products, or customer interactions for quality assurance.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Identify quality issues, root causes, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare quality reports, scorecards, and performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and checklists.
- Provide feedback and coaching to teams based on quality findings.
- Track KPIs related to quality, accuracy, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and organizational guidelines.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and training programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Analyst, QA Executive, or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and quality management systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Quality Management or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Experience with audit processes and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
