Job Description:

We are looking for a strong Technical Scrum Master who understands both Agile delivery and development.

This is a hands-on execution role . You will work closely with backend, frontend, and DevOps teams to ensure sprint commitments are realistic, technically sound, and delivered with high quality. Should have practical technical understanding of MERN , PHP stack and DevOps workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Delivery & Execution
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
Ensure sprint commitments are realistic and measurable
Track velocity, burndown, throughput, cycle time
Proactively remove engineering blockers
Ensure backlog grooming and story readiness
Manage cross-team and cross-module dependencies
Drive predictable release cycles.
Ability to break down work into epics, user stories, and actionable tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

CSM / PSM certification
Prior experience as Developer / QA / DevOps Engineer (strong advantage)
Experience in SaaS or scalable platforms
Experience handling multi-tenant systems.

Postman (API testing)
