Job Responsibilities – Chemistry Faculty
- Record 1 long-form YouTube video daily on the scheduled Chemistry topic provided by the academic/content team, focusing on explaining one concept/topic in depth.
- Conduct live Chemistry classes as per the assigned schedule and deliver high-quality live teaching for students preparing for NEET and other competitive examinations.
- Teach Chemistry in a highly interactive, energetic, engaging, and student-friendly manner, ensuring that concepts are easy to understand and retain.
- Use a balanced combination of Hindi and English (Hinglish) wherever required to make complex Chemistry concepts easier and more relatable for students.
- Teach primarily through a digital board, using proper chemical structures, reactions, mechanisms, equations, diagrams, flowcharts, and numerical problem-solving.
- Candidates who have access to and experience with a digital board will be preferred.
- Prepare digital notes daily for the topics/concepts covered, ensuring that the notes are clear, structured, accurate, and useful for revision.
- Frame daily practice questions/MCQs based on the topics taught, with an appropriate mix of conceptual, application-based, and NEET-level questions.
- Develop and maintain a chapter-wise question bank covering important concepts, NEET previous-year question patterns, conceptual questions, and exam-oriented MCQs.
- Work closely with the academic/content team to research and identify important concepts, question trends, NEET-relevant topics, and high-priority areas for students.
- Collaborate with the team in developing and improving lecture plans, study material, digital notes, question banks, practice sheets, and revision content.
- Explain Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry concepts with strong conceptual clarity and an exam-oriented approach.
- Solve and explain NEET previous-year questions and relevant exam-level problems during lectures and practice sessions.
- Identify common student mistakes and misconceptions and address them through clear explanations and relevant examples.
- Encourage student participation through questions, examples, problem-solving, and interactive discussions during live classes.
- Ensure that every lecture is concept-focused rather than presentation-heavy, with maximum emphasis on clear board explanation and problem-solving.
- Maintain high-quality audio, video, lighting, and readable digital-board content while recording lectures.
- Follow the assigned academic schedule and content plan consistently and complete daily recording, notes, and question-creation responsibilities within the given timelines.
- Stay updated with NEET syllabus, examination patterns, important question trends, and relevant Chemistry developments to ensure the content remains accurate and exam-oriented.
- Take responsibility for delivering consistent, high-quality Chemistry content across YouTube videos, live classes, notes, and practice material, with the overall goal of improving student understanding and performance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
