Marshalscale is a turnkey commercial interior fit-out company in Qatar.
Ideal candidate must have:
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a Draftsman in the commercial interior fit-out industry.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and as-built drawings for commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Develop detailed joinery, ceiling, partition, flooring, furniture, and interior fit-out drawings.
- Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, and Project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and project compliance.
- Review architectural and MEP drawings and identify discrepancies before preparing shop drawings.
- Revise drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments, and project requirements.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and company drafting standards.
- Prepare material quantity take-offs from approved drawings whenever required.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and interior detailing standards.
- Experience working on Qatar/GCC commercial fit-out projects will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
