Responsible for leading end-to-end design and development of large-scale eLearning projects including various modalities, by establishing design standards, work distribution, AI-driven workflows, and quality processes, to meet the project goals and timeline.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the development and review of the volume projects individually by working collaboratively with project managers, team members, Instructional designers, programmers and vendors to ensure adherence to quality, accessibility, and brand guidelines.
- Designing and defining project design standards/checklists and ensure effective execution.
- Optimize the use of development/design tools and techniques
- Establish and document best practices for generative AI workflows for the projects, bridging the gap between cutting-edge tech and standard creative design suites.
- Maintain and update design templates, guidelines, and asset libraries for consistency.
- Provide technical and creative mentorship to junior designers and developers
- Explore and experiment with new formats, tools, technologies, and design strategies to improve learner engagement.
- Explore AI tools and workflows to increase the speed and accuracy of the work and define project specific process
- Provides standard effort estimates for assigned tasks and for pre-sales/sales tasks.
- Design and Develop POC/prototype/mock-ups

Skills and qualifications:
- A bachelor’s/master’s degree in fine arts or any design institute
- 6 to 10 years of experience in eLearning domain
- Excellent design and UX skills
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Expert in eLearning tools - Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, Xyleme
- Proficiency in prompt engineering to generate high-quality assets, infographics, images, and layouts using AI tools.
- Know LMS/LCMS systems, SCORM/xAPI/LTI compliance
