Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Civil Design Engineer with experience in Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects. The role involves design, analysis, and execution support for substations and power infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and engineering of Substations (AIS/GIS) and Transmission Line Foundations
- Preparation and review of GA drawings, foundation layouts, and control room structures
- Review Soil Investigation Reports and finalize foundation designs
- Coordination with electrical teams for:
- Cable trench layouts
- Earthing systems
- Equipment foundations
- Ensure compliance with IS Codes (IS 456, IS 800) and utility standards (PGCIL, etc.)
- Assist in BOQ preparation and material planning
Key Skills Required
- Strong experience in Civil Design (T&D / Substations)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of RCC detailing and structural drawings
- Good analytical and communication skills
