We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) for Pharma Manufacturing (Third Party Manufacturing). The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling client communications, and promoting our manufacturing services for Injectables, Tablets, Capsules, Syrups, and other pharmaceutical formulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharma clients, distributors, and marketing companies.
- Generate business for Third Party / Contract Manufacturing.
- Promote company manufacturing capabilities in:
- Tablets
- Capsules
- Syrups
- Injections
- Dry Syrups
- Sachets / ORS
- Handle client inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and documentation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand client base.
- Maintain proper records of leads, clients, and business activities.
- Assist in preparing product lists, presentations, and business proposals.
- Follow industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and formulations.
- Understanding of Third Party Manufacturing process.
- Ability to build professional client relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email Communication, and CRM handling.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or related field.
- Experience in Pharma Sales / Third Party Manufacturing preferred.
Experience
- 3–5+ years preferred in pharmaceutical business development or sales.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have experience in Pharma Manufacturing or PCD/Third Party business.
- Ability to handle domestic and export business inquiries is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-driven professional.
