Job Description:
DonatePune.com is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Community Outreach Executive to connect with people, spread awareness, and support our mission of creating a stronger and more helpful Pune community.
The candidate will be responsible for communicating with donors, volunteers, NGOs, and community members through phone calls and messages to build meaningful connections and encourage participation in donation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential donors, volunteers, and community members
- Explain DonatePune.com’s mission and donation initiatives
- Follow up with interested people and maintain communication
- Coordinate with NGOs and donation partners
- Update calling records and maintain accurate information
- Build positive relationships with the Pune community
- Support awareness campaigns and outreach activities
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Marathi/Hindi/English preferred)
- Confident speaking over phone calls
- Positive attitude and willingness to help society
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers can apply
