Role Overview
The Reporting Senior Analyst will play a critical role in measuring, analyzing, and reporting marketing performance across channels to support data‑driven decision‑making. This role is responsible for delivering end‑to‑end marketing analytics, including web, email, paid media, ABM, social, SEO and event performance, with a strong focus on MQL tracking, funnel metrics, and CRM‑driven reporting.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor, hands-on experience with modern marketing analytics tools, and the ability to monitor, measure and analyze data for insights actionable for marketing and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Performance Measurement
- Measure and analyze core marketing metrics across channels, including:
- Web performance
- Email marketing metrics
- Social media performance
- Event marketing effectiveness
- Paid media metrics and ROI
- Search and AI attribution performance
- Track digital revenue generation in Dynamics 365 (D365) / CRM metrics, including MQLs, funnel progression, and pipeline contribution
Reporting, Dashboards & Insights
- Support data aggregation and enrichment, and dat hygeine, maintenance and best practices across integrated systems.
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and recurring reports for marketing, sales, and leadership stakeholders
- Deliver insights on campaign performance, channel effectiveness, and account‑level engagement
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clear documentation of metrics and definitions
ABM, CRM & Attribution Analysis
- Support ABM reporting and analysis using HubSpot and 6sense
- Track account engagement, intent signals, and scoring models
- Support lifecycle reporting, attribution models, and custom property analysis within HubSpot
- Align CRM and marketing data to provide end-to-end visibility into demand generation performanceWork with cross‑functional teams to ensure clean data flows between platforms
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve efficiency through automation
Skills & Qualifications
Analytics & Tools Expertise
- Strong hands‑on experience with GA4 Analytics, Search Console and Data Studio
- Experience with campaign performance reporting such as HubSpot analytics, including dashboards, lifecycle reports, attribution, and custom properties
- Experience with enterprise ABMintent data, account engagement scoring, dashboards, and segmentation a plus
- Experience with data visualization or AI enabled data analysis a plus.
- Experience with advanced analytics platforms such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
Data & Excel Skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and scenario analysis
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets with high accuracy
Professional Skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Advanced understand of the unified Microsoft ecosystem
- Proven AI literacy for quality, efficiency and productivity
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with cross functional stakeholders
