Ethnic Elements is looking for a creative and strategically minded Content Creator & Strategist who can turn ideas, products and Indian crafts into engaging, high-performing content.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute the monthly content & social media strategy
- Create engaging Reels, Stories, Posts & campaign concepts
- Develop strong hooks, scripts, captions and storytelling ideas
- Plan content around product launches, festivals, trends & brand campaigns
- Conceptualise and coordinate fashion/product shoots
- Identify trending formats, audios and content opportunities
- Build content that drives reach, engagement, website traffic & conversions
- Analyse content performance and continuously improve the strategy
- Work closely with the marketing, design and e-commerce teams
- Bring fresh ideas to strengthen the Ethnic Elements brand identity
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
✓ Has a strong understanding of Instagram & social media trends
✓ Has excellent visual and storytelling sense
✓ Understands fashion/lifestyle content
✓ Can think creatively AND strategically
✓ Is comfortable creating content independently
✓ Understands the difference between content that simply looks good and content that performs
