Job Summary :-
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities, supervise manpower, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain quality and safety standards. The candidate should have good knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, manpower handling, and shop-floor operations.
Key Responsibilities :-
Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
Allocate manpower and machines according to production requirements.
Monitor production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Ensure products are manufactured as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Purchase departments.
Monitor machine utilization, productivity, rejection, and downtime.
Identify production problems and take corrective actions.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and other required documentation.
Ensure proper use and availability of raw materials, tools, and consumables.
Train and guide operators and production workers.
Maintain 5S, housekeeping, safety, and discipline on the shop floor.
Minimize production wastage, rejection, rework, and downtime.
Support continuous improvement and process improvement activities.
Ensure compliance with company quality and safety procedures.
Conduct shift handovers and report production status to management.
Required Skills :-
Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
Manpower handling and team management.
Production planning and target achievement.
Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and basic quality tools.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Qualification:-
Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Mechanical, Production, or related field
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
