Job Summary
Logic Fusion Private Limited is looking for a professional and organized Receptionist & Accounts Executive with basic Tally knowledge to manage front office operations and assist with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate visitor appointments and meeting schedules.
- Perform basic accounting entries in Tally.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and maintain accounting records.
- Assist with billing, payment entries, and bank-related documentation.
- Maintain petty cash and support day-to-day accounting activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support.
- Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Ensure smooth front office and administrative operations.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic accounting knowledge and Tally proficiency.

Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce or any relevant discipline.
- Working knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
- 1–2 years of experience in reception, administration, or accounts preferred.
- Freshers with Tally knowledge and good communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
