- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve design
issues, and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to
incorporate innovative solutions into design projects.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients, explaining rationale
and design intent effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines
and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand their
requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Conceptualise and develop design proposals that meet functional,
aesthetic, and budgetary goals for corporate and commercial projects.
- Produce detailed technical drawings, 3D renderings, and specifications
for construction and installation.
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishes, lighting, and
other materials to create cohesive and functional interiors.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to
ensure design intent is accurately implemented and executed.
Pay: ₹10,781.93 - ₹60,000.00 per month
