Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts as per applicable accounting standards.
- Monitor general ledger, receivables, payables, fixed assets, and inventory accounting.
- Finalize accounts and coordinate with auditors for statutory audits.
Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Analyze budget variances and provide management reports.
- Support management in financial decision-making and cost optimization.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate filing of statutory returns within timelines.
- Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and auditors.
Treasury & Banking
- Manage banking operations, working capital, and cash flow planning.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for limits, loans, and documentation.
- Monitor fund utilization and optimize cash management.
Costing & MIS
- Prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Monitor product costing, margins, and operational expenses.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions.
Internal Controls & Audit
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls.
- Coordinate internal, statutory, tax, and cost audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise finance and accounts team members.
- Develop processes for efficient financial operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments for smooth business operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial management.
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
- Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
Qualification
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com
Experience
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
