Job Role:-
The Accountant Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting operations, managing GST-related work, and ensuring timely and proper maintenance of company accounts.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain and update accounts using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
- Handle GST-related accounting and compliance work, including GST data preparation and reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and other accounting records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper records of bank transactions.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
- Support audit and taxation-related documentation when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Graduate in B. Com, M. Com, or a relevant accounting/finance field.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Very good working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GST, GST returns, reconciliation, and basic taxation concepts.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office applications.
