Key Responsibilities Training & Development
- Conduct technical training sessions for workshop technicians, service advisors, and trainees.
- Deliver induction training for newly joined technical staff.
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, presentations, and practical workshop exercises.
- Organize classroom and hands-on practical training programs.
Technical Support
- Provide guidance on vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Assist technicians in resolving complex technical issues.
- Ensure workshop staff are updated on new vehicle models, technologies, tools, and repair procedures.
Skill Assessment & Evaluation
- Assess technical competency levels of workshop employees.
- Conduct periodic skill tests and certification programs.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
