Styka Studio is a premium residential Design + Build interiors practice based in Madhapur, Hyderabad, operating under AEC Collective Private Limited. We deliver end-to-end, high-spec residential interiors where design intent is executed without compromise on site.
Role: Site Engineer (interiors)
You own site execution—translating GFC drawings into built reality, holding quality to the design intent, and keeping projects on schedule. You are the bridge between our design team, vendors, and on-site contractors.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior fit-out works: civil, flooring, false ceiling, joinery/carpentry, painting, MEP interfaces
- Read and execute against working/GFC drawings; flag design-to-site conflicts early
- Quality control against specifications and design intent; run snagging and handover
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and material deliveries; prevent idle/blocked work
- Track measurements, BOQ consumption, and material reconciliation
- Maintain daily progress reports and site schedules; escalate slippage
- Enforce site safety and housekeeping standards
Requirements
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Architecture / equivalent
- Minimum 2 years in interiors execution (mandatory)
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings; comfortable with MS Excel/WhatsApp reporting
- Strong vendor and contractor coordination skills
- Based in Hyderabad; own two-wheeler (site mobility required)
