We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee and smooth out our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our production processes run efficiently, safely, and on schedule, while meeting our strict quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem-solver with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in manufacturing management.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, and direct the day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of production staff. Foster a collaborative, productive, and safe work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure all finished goods adhere to company quality standards and client specifications.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1 -2years of experience as a Production Manager, Supervisor, or a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
