Role Overview:
The Telecaller will drive growth by identifying and onboarding property sellers (builders, owners and independent agents) onto our platform. The primary goal is to convince users to list their properties on our portal, guide them through the app setup, and ensure their listings are high-quality and complete. This is a pure user acquisition and relationship-building role with zero subscription-selling involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Acquisition Calls: Reach out to property owners and independent agents to pitch the benefits of listing their properties on our portal.
- Digital Onboarding: Remotely guide users through downloading the mobile application, creating their profiles, and successfully posting their property listings.
- Data Verification & Quality Assurance: Review submitted listings for accuracy, completeness (pricing, images, details), and assist users in optimizing their profiles for maximum visibility.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and follow up with a daily pipeline of leads to ensure a high conversion rate from "contacted" to "active listed user."
- Target Achievement: Meet daily outbound call metrics and weekly/monthly targets for verified property listings onboarded.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer onboarding (experience in real estate, classifieds, or high-growth tech startups is highly preferred).
- Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion skills, patience to guide users through tech steps, and a target-driven mindset.
- Languages: Fluent in English, Kannada, Hindi.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating mobile apps, walk-through processes, and updating internal CRMs/spreadsheets.
