Position: Preschool Teacher
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 2–6 years through play-based education while supporting their overall physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily classes as per the preschool curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging learning activities, rhymes, stories, art, music, and games.
- Ensure children's safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times.
- Manage classroom discipline with a positive and nurturing approach.
- Observe and assess children's progress and maintain records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's development.
- Organize school events, celebrations, and classroom activities.
- Maintain a clean, attractive, and child-friendly classroom.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- NTT/ECCE/Montessori/D.El.Ed. certification preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
Skills Required:
Patience, creativity, love for children, classroom management, communication, teamwork, and basic computer knowledge.
