Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication skills (Clear and professional)
- Basic to strong technical knowledge
- Customer handling skills (Empathy and patience)
- Technical troubleshooting understanding preferred
For Freshers: Only Graduate candidates can apply
For Experienced Candidates: Both Undergraduate & Graduate candidates can apply (Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support role required)
Salary & Compensation
Freshers (Apprentice Role): ₹20.5K Stipend / Month
Experienced Candidates: upto ₹4.2 LPA
Shift & Working Days
Shift: Rotational Shift
Working Days: 5 Days Working (2 Days rotational Off)
