Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize bookings and revenue.
- Generate leads through brokers, channel partners, digital campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals successfully.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
- Build strong relationships with customers, investors, and channel partners.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, and finance teams for smooth closures.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Handle site visits, client meetings, and negotiations with prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client and channel partners
- Handle customer objective effectively and ensure high conversion rates
Required Qualification / Skill set
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate/property sales.
- Prior team handling experience preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and leadership mindset.
