Job Title: Meta Ads Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Meta Ads accounts (Business Manager, Ad Accounts, Pixels, Conversion API)
- Set up full-to-finish campaigns from strategy to launch
- Build and optimize ad sets with precise audience targeting
- Design ad creatives & copy aligned with brand voice
- Monitor performance daily, adjust bids, budgets, and audiences
- Track KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and placements
- Provide clear weekly reports with insights and recommendations
Requirements:
- Proven experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Comfortable with full campaign setup (no hand-holding)
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, lookalikes, remarketing
- Analytical mindset; data-driven decision making
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Meta Pixel
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with creative testing frameworks
- Basic knowledge of landing page optimization
- Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or lead-gen vertical
