We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing strategy for Chandi Hospitality's businesses in both the United States and India. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital marketing, offline marketing, brand management, event marketing, and customer acquisition. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute campaigns across multiple brands and markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Management
- Develop and execute brand strategies for all Chandi Hospitality brands.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines and marketing assets.
- Manage brand positioning and reputation.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Oversee SEO, local SEO, and website optimization.
- Manage SMS campaigns, and customer loyalty initiatives.
- Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns based on ROI and performance.
- Work with influencers and content creators to increase brand reach.
Offline Marketing
- Plan local store marketing campaigns.
- Develop promotional materials including flyers, brochures, banners, and outdoor advertising.
- Coordinate sponsorships, community events, and fundraising campaigns.
- Manage print media, radio, and local advertising partnerships.
Social Media & Content
- Build monthly content calendars for all brands.
- Supervise photography, videography, and creative content production.
- Oversee social media management and community engagement.
- Drive organic growth and improve audience engagement.
Event Marketing
- Plan and execute restaurant launches, seasonal promotions, grand openings, festivals, and community events.
- Coordinate influencer events and media coverage.
- Manage event budgets and post-event performance analysis.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the marketing team.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, photographers, agencies, and freelancers.
- Work closely with operations, HR, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Performance & Analytics
- Track marketing KPIs including ROI, customer acquisition cost, sales growth, campaign performance, website traffic, and social media engagement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports for senior leadership.
- Recommend data-driven improvements to maximize marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, retail, or consumer brands.
- Experience managing marketing for multiple brands across different markets is highly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent understanding of offline marketing and local store marketing.

- Experience working with both US and Indian markets.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per year
