- Job Overview:
- We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our real estate
- advertisement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling
- motion graphics, animations, and video content that engage our audience and effectively
- showcase our real estate projects. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, design,
- and production teams to produce high-quality, innovative video content for various digital
- platforms.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design motion graphics, animations, and video content for
- marketing campaigns, social media, website, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to translate campaign ideas into visually appealing
- motion graphics.
- Work on real estate promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and explainer
- videos that highlight key features and benefits of properties.
- Edit and enhance video footage with motion graphics, sound effects, and music.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools, incorporating them into work.
- Ensure that all motion graphics align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Work within tight deadlines to deliver high-quality motion graphic content.
- Optimize video content for various platforms, ensuring the best performance on
- social media, web, and email campaigns.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in
- the real estate or advertising industry.
- Proficiency in design and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe
- Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and
- animation.
- Understanding of real estate branding and how to effectively communicate project
- features through motion design.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related
- field.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and experience in creating property
- marketing videos.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
