In this role, you’ll be supporting global customers, solving their queries, and making sure they have a smooth and positive experience with our services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Responding to customer queries via email and chat in a clear, friendly, and timely manner
Helping customers resolve issues related to accounts, products, or services
Keeping track of conversations and updates in the CRM system
Escalating more complex issues when needed
Making sure each interaction leaves the customer satisfied
What We’re Looking For:
Strong written English skills with good grammar and clarity
Some experience in customer service or non-voice support is a plus, but not mandatory
A problem solving mindset and a genuine interest in helping customers
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-moving environment
Basic familiarity with email, chat tools, or CRM platforms
