Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete HR operations for plant employees and staff
- Handle recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws, etc.)
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive industrial relations
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions
- Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Liaise with government authorities and handle audits/inspections
- Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing plant (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Experience handling large workforce (including contract labour)
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
Preferred:
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
- Experience in packaging or industrial manufacturing setup
- Exposure to factory environment and shift operatio
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
