CCTV & Network Technician
Location: Andheri Head Office, Mumbai

Travel: Travelling to client/site locations as and when required
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and reliable CCTV & Network Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for CCTV installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and basic networking-related work at the office and client locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
- Troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment.
- Handle basic LAN, networking, and connectivity issues.
- Configure IP cameras and network-based CCTV systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and resolve technical faults.
- Visit client/site locations for installation, service, and troubleshooting as and when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of installations and service activities.
- Coordinate with the team and clients to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a CCTV Technician, Network Technician, or similar role.
- Good knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, IP cameras, and basic networking.
- Knowledge of LAN, switches, routers, IP addressing, and cabling.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues.
- Willingness to travel to different locations as required.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification will be an advantage.
Job Location
Andheri Head Office, Mumbai, with travel to client/site locations whenever required.
