We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can independently manage paid advertising campaigns, optimize performance, and generate high-quality leads across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Generate high-quality leads for clients across multiple industries with a strong focus on lead quality rather than volume.
- Manage campaigns for Lead Generation, Sales, Conversions, Traffic, Remarketing, and Brand Awareness.
- Build, monitor, and optimize lead generation funnels and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Develop audience targeting strategies, including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, remarketing, and interest-based targeting.
- Execute campaigns targeting both Indian and international audiences, including NRI campaigns.
- Coordinate with the creative, content, and web development teams to improve campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with platform changes, AI-powered advertising tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing with a strong focus on Lead Generation.
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience managing monthly advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Lead Squared, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM is an advantage.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization (CRO), UTM tracking, and campaign reporting.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts and consistently achieve lead generation targets.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Real Estate lead generation campaigns.
- Experience managing NRI and international lead generation campaigns.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications are an added advantage.
