- Handling front office operations and attending walk-in clients
- Receiving and managing phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages
- Maintaining office records, files, and registers
- Preparing and updating data using MS Excel and MS Word
- Coordinating with design, site, and office staff
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining daily follow-ups
- Assisting in basic documentation and office administration
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience as receptionist
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
