We are seeking Telecalling Executives to manage customer communication through inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend incoming customer calls.
- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide assistance.
- Maintain daily call records.
Candidate Requirements:
- Fluent in Telugu and English.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation
- Experience: 0–2 years
- Full-time employment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
