Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Solution Selling: Understand client pain points and present Activolt’s tech solutions as the primary answer to their needs.
- Client Meetings: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations (physical and virtual) to key decision-makers.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand to refine sales strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in our CRM/reporting sheets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Tech or Service industry preferred). Freshers with high energy and great communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Education: Any Graduate (BBA/B.Com/B.Sc) or MBA in Marketing.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and a basic understanding of technology solutions.
- Local Knowledge: Candidates residing in [Western Location/Specific Area] will be given preference.
Pay: ₹16,416.31 - ₹65,836.77 per month
Work Location: In person
