Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads, conduct project presentations, and organize site visits
- Convert enquiries into bookings by clearly explaining plot types, pricing, payment plans, and current offers
- Build lasting customer relationships through consistent follow-up and service across the sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and represent the project at marketing/promotional events
Desired Profile
- 0–5 years in residential real estate sales (high-rise or plotted development experience preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Comfortable with MS Office and CRM tools
