Key Responsibilities
Insightful experience in program / delivery management activities including project scoping, estimation, planning, risk management, finalization of technical / functional specifications, resource administration and quality management of the product customization and custom software application.
A keen planner, strategist and implementer with demonstrated success in end-to-end project management and ensuring effective management of various resources to meet project specifications.
Solution understanding for Application modernization RFP – Legacy modernization, Application Portfolio Optimization and Modernization of EOL applications
Strong Project Management skills along with coordination with the ability to manage expectations from multiple parties
Ability to liaison with client’s business stakeholders and translate their business pain points to technical aspects of the IT portfolio
Ability to liaison with client’s technical stakeholders and understand technical aspects of IT portfolio
Demonstrated understanding and sensitivity of cross functional dependencies
Should have good understanding of IT Portfolio Rationalization, IT Strategy, Digital & Cloud
Should have on ground experience in Application Modernization, Decommissioning and Cloud Migration exercises
Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Relates with the overall project context and has ability to suggest options/recommends to customer as against seeking approval
Identify need for initial or supplemental resources to meet functional requirements.
Identify, review, and select vendors and product platforms from domain perspective.
