About the Company
Biofics Private Limited is a fast-growing waste management company with projects across India. We manufacture OWC machines, Biogas Plants, and Bio-CNG solutions and are working toward installing 100 Bio-CBG plants by 2027.
Job Summary
We are hiring Helpers to support our manufacturing, fabrication, and on-site installation teams. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates who want to build a career in the green energy and waste management industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist fitters, welders, and technicians in day-to-day manufacturing and assembly tasks
- Handle, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment at the workshop or site
- Clean and maintain the work area to ensure a safe and organized environment
- Support loading and unloading of machinery components
- Assist during installation of biogas plants and OWC machines at client sites
- Follow instructions from senior team members and supervisors
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 8th Pass / 10th Pass
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome)
- Physically fit and willing to do manual work
- Hardworking, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Basic understanding of workshop / site safety
