Position: MERN Stack Developer

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in developing web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js and should be comfortable working according to Oman time zone requirements.
The candidate should be capable of developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying scalable web applications while collaborating with internal teams and clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).
Design and develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js.
Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Design, manage, and maintain MongoDB databases.
Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and project teams.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
Optimize applications for speed, performance, scalability, and security.
Write clean, reusable, efficient, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
Perform testing and support application deployment.
Maintain existing applications and implement new features based on business requirements.
Work according to project deadlines and Oman time zone schedules.
Be available for Sunday work as per project and business requirements.
Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in MERN Stack Development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ES6+.
Hands-on experience with React.js.
Experience with Node.js and Express.js.
Good knowledge of MongoDB and database management.
Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
Knowledge of API integration and third-party services.
Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Redux, Context API, or other state management tools.
Experience with TypeScript.
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Firebase, or similar services.
Knowledge of deployment processes and hosting environments.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience working with international clients will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications and practical project experience will be an added advantage.
Work Schedule
The candidate must be comfortable working according to the Oman Time Zone.
Sunday working may be required based on company operations and project requirements.
Working hours and weekly offs will be scheduled as per company policy.
Salary Package
Annual CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (3–5 LPA)
Salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience, technical skills, interview performance, and overall suitability for the role
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
