Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Industrial Park Sales Executive to promote and sell industrial plots, warehouses, and commercial spaces within our industrial park project. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, explaining project benefits, handling site visits, and closing sales deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads for industrial plots, warehouses, and commercial property sales
- Contact prospective clients through calls, meetings, and follow-ups
- Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits
- Build relationships with business owners, investors, manufacturers, and channel partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain customer database and update sales progress regularly
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and lead generation
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback for management
- Assist clients with documentation, booking, and after-sales support
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and government subsidy opportunities
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales and target-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of real estate / industrial property sales preferred
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Good presentation and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, Email)
- Valid driving license preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate / industrial / commercial sales preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Energetic, professional, and self-motivated
- Strong local network in industrial/business community is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
