Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and result-driven Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Tally ERP (Tally Prime/Tally ERP 9), E-Way Bill preparation, and Advanced Microsoft Excel, along with a sound understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and trial balance preparation.
- Maintain accurate financial records in Tally ERP and ensure timely posting of transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
- Handle GST, TDS, E-Way Bills, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Generate financial reports and analyses using Advanced Excel tools such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, and Macros.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and financial data.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline financial processes and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
- Experience in E-Way Bill generation and statutory compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and Indian financial regulations.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Tally or Advanced Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems or accounting automation tools.
- Exposure to audit and compliance processes.
- Candidates with prior experience in the Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
