Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Wirecut Setter cum Operators to join our production machine shop team. The role involves machine setup, programming, and precision machining, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety standards.
Qualification & Experience
- ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical or related discipline
Mandatory Skills
- Wirecut machine setup & operation knowledge
- Programming knowledge for Wirecut machining
- Basic knowledge of Wirecut machines
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for Wirecut operations
- Strong understanding of material properties
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (GD&T)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Wirecut machines
- Load and run Wirecut programs
- Produce accurate parts as per specifications
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
- Perform routine maintenance tasks (lubrication, cleaning, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols
