Key Responsibilities:
- Costing & Financial Analysis: Oversee cost analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting to ensure accurate cost tracking and financial reporting.
- Auditing: Lead and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
- Finance Oversight: Take full responsibility for all finance-related activities, including maintaining financial records, reporting, and ensuring accurate and timely financial data.
- Finalization of Accounts: Prepare and finalize the organization's annual accounts, ensuring that all financial statements are accurate and in compliance with accounting principles.
- Statutory Compliance: Stay well-versed with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring that all statutory obligations, including tax filings and reporting requirements, are met in a timely manner.
- Tally & ERP Expertise: Proficient in using Tally and ERP software for accounting, reporting, and financial management tasks.
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Accounting, Costing, Budgeting and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good communication and team management skills
- High attention to detail and deadline-oriented
Preferred Skills
- Experience in multi-entity accounting
- Knowledge of costing and budgeting
- Knowledge of project reports for schemes and subsidy
- Good communication Skills in English & Hindi
