We are seeking a smart, organized, and patient-friendly Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations at our dental clinic. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle patient interactions efficiently in a busy clinical environment.
The role involves appointment management, patient coordination, billing support, and ensuring a smooth front desk experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Patient Coordination
- Welcome and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
- Maintain patient records and registration details accurately
- Coordinate patient flow with doctors and clinical staff
Billing & Administrative Support
- Generate bills, receipts, and payment entries
- Handle cash/card/online payment collections
- Maintain daily appointment and billing reports
- Assist in insurance coordination if applicable
- Manage clinic documentation and filing
Communication & Customer Service
- Address patient concerns professionally and escalate when required
- Provide treatment-related scheduling information
- Ensure excellent patient experience and hospitality
- Follow up with pending appointments and treatment plans
General Office Management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area
- Coordinate with vendors and support staff when required
- Assist management in daily operational activities
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or diploma holder preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in reception/front desk/customer service
- Experience in healthcare or dental clinic preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, billing software)

- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good telephone etiquette and patient-handling skills
- Familiarity with clinic management or dental software
- Basic understanding of social media/WhatsApp communication is an advantage
